WHERE IS MY ORDER?
- Tracking information is sent out after 24-48 hours of purchase. The tracking information will be sent to you directly from Our website host via email with your USPS tracking. From there you will be able to track your package for up to date information regarding the status of your parcel.
- Once your order is dropped off to USPS it is no longer our responsibility to track or locate your package. USPS Contact Number 1-800-275-8777
MY ORDER COULD NOT BE DELIVERED DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS.
- If your order is returned to us due to the wrong address entered at checkout, you must pay an $8 shipping fee to ship package again (The order will not be cancelled).
HOW CAN I PURCHASE A WHOLESALE VENDOR LIST?
- At the moment, we do not offer wholesale or a wholesale vendor list to the public.
HOW OFTEN DO ITEMS RESTOCK?
- Most items will not restock, however, if an item restocks we will notify customers via social media platforms and email/text subscriptions.
- Our model is 5’2 average size 7-9 model usually wears a size Medium.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
- Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. Once an order is placed, please allow up to 3 business days for it to be processed. Once it's been processed, you can expect it to be delivered within 5 more business days UNLESS other is stated.
